I agree.... I hate having to constantly worry about how many calories I have eaten and forcing myself to stay away from restaurants even though I want to eat out.... I know it'll pay off but that feeling of not having enough will power yet really gets to me!

If you are concerned about your belly and not so focused on weight (although it will come off) I would recommend a very old exercise video. I wasn't losing weight and was getting a bit frustrated and when I started eating more I started to lose. Check to be sure you are not to far under. I am not really sure how it works but I can say that when I increased my calories I started to lose weight. I also take in a bit to much sodium so I started watching that…

I am so glad that you made this post. I have such a hard time with the push ups too. I guess my arms are super weak. I keep being told that if we stick to it we will get the strength sooner than we think so I am going to plug along!

I just started Power 90 and finished one week. Pretty tough for me but I plan on making it through. Well... I made it though Cardio and I am trusting you that it will get easier! Wow! Am I ever out of shape :) I cant make it to the end without having to take breaks so that is my new goal..just making to the end without having to take extra breaks!
