Chocolate..and today all I wanted was chocolate! Done well steering clear of it this week.
-
Tap water here, otherwise bottled water when I'm out and forget my drink bottles.
-
Sorry, no ;)
-
It was chocolate lol. Right now I'm still working out what snacks to have etc. I like my yoghurt and fruit

You need a 2nd opinion!

I havent been on long had to go through another forum to find out how to block. Believe whatever you want to but this topic has gone off track and really I am not putting up with personal attacks. Im out.
-
I've just worked out how to block a person I can't see it now.
-
you did good bye
-
-
my original post apparently I attacked people hmm..
-
I have not once insulted anyone. I also said like others I add it to my calories.you don't insult? You mentioned I was unattractive and you slso stated I maybe of another gender.funny cos I have given birth to 5 kids.i don't believe guys can birth. You have done nothing but attack me. Quit it!

I'm 5'1 my goal is 55kg. I can go lower but I'd rather see how I am at the time. After gallbladder surgery yrs ago I lost too much so want to be careful bout it. Since then I had another child now no more kids and can work it off and keep it off.

some where I also said you can add it to your water also but I add it to my calories. I also didn't say it was breaking a rule. Think some of you need to go add some chocolate or something to calm down a bit. I ad it as calories. That is all..we all do it differently. Simple! Maybe op hasn't come back because the topic has…

In a hospital setting input and output of all beverages is recorded. As for calories that's a different issue. In hospital we are not measuring calories. Reckon this topic could go on forever ;)
-
Yes that you are lol
-
So then who's obsessing? You're replying to all my posts. Nice try! As for right gender?what the? Yawn..tired of your jabs at me! This isn't a school yard. you are NOT worth my time. What you're doing had nothing to do with the topic. so go back to it. If I could block you..I would! As of now you are being ignored I prefer…
-
Bwhaha...definitely not. You can dream :)
-
No point not adding everything in..IMF you want to be honest with yourself you need to add your night out wreckage. If I go out you will serf I had a binge. But the hangovers are not worth it. I like the idea of getting up feeling good, and heading outside for a walk or hitting the gym. Each to their own if they log or not…
-
Nope..have a daughter same age :)
-
Just did :)

What? No magic diet? Now I get told ;( I don't class it as diet. It's healthier eating, less crap better choices. It can be hard to kick old habits too.
-
mines a glass top one that you can alter kilos to grams.lbs whatever measurement you need. and electronic is best.
-
Absolutely. Whether it's only a small amount, each calorie counts I say! If you have 5 cups of coffee or tea a day it will add up.
-
Yep.. some very serious postings going on. They need some cals i think to calm down. Love the word "hangry" lol might use it in the future

[/quote] This morning, I planned out my food for today. When I finished logging, I noticed I went over by 68 calories. Not much, but I like to be under rather than over. So what did I do? I made sure that went for my run, I burned at least that amount (which is never an issue, as I burn a good deal more than that).…
