For beths first video how did you guys count that on here? as a low aerobic or general exercise? I wasn't sure if I should count this as more of a cardio or strength?

Beth was amazing last night. I think she may not have the great strength like Daryl or michonne. But like she says she has "hope" and I think that is was keeps her determined and she will find a way out.

I'm feeling the same way you are, I'm really not sure how to meaure everything else and just go with the MFP says. MY protein intake is 45g....but I'm usually always over it. I try to keep my sugar and carbs low and i'm always under my calorie intake.

From what I have been reading on some forums is that this episode will end with carol being taking to this "hospital" place and beth seeing her. I believe that Daryl is with the guy that beth help escaped and in the next episode they will return to rescue beth and carol.

I ended up using a broom stick and I did it twice and counted it as 30 minutes of Strength. I think this week I may end up above my requirements ;-)

If this were to happen then I would assume that carol has perished. OR It is a guy from the hospital that beth help escape and then the group will go and try to recuse both of them (carol & beth). That would lead us up to the mid season finale. Then at that point whoever is alive will go on to DC. What if it is morgan…

Question...I'm Team Beth and I usualy do my stuff at home. We do haev a little gym at work but not much is it. I do not have a weighted bar and was wonder if you guys have any suggestions of what I could use?

Thanks! It is nice ot know that we have done so good that we are exempt, but what harm is it going to do to just 'suck it up' and 'pump it up' ;-)

YYAAAA congrats team! We are awesome.. Question..even if we won the challenege do we still have to do that punishment? (I planned to do it anyway, but couldn't remember if you win you didn't have to do it!)

So far I am at 70 mins Cardio & 16 mins Stength. I will see what I can work in at lunch. Good Job everyone! Tuesday I did the character video and the punishment video and yesterday my knee was not happy. I'm hoping to finish up my cardio. But I'm gonna try not to lakc on my strenght. I'm gonna rest the knee.....maybe i'll just do the rest of minutes on abs ;-)

We totally got this! It's onlu tuesday and so far I have done 30 min of cardio and 5 minute punishment.
