  • Hang in there. I am 105 pounds, but got cellulite also. I wear bathing suits with the skirt or wear a sarong. I figure that I may still have cellulite, but I look a lot better. As for feeling fat around the other girls, we have all gone through that, but be proud of what you have achieved. I know it is harder said than…
  • Question on this...I lift to failure but am not overly sore the next day. However, the 2nd day after? OMG! That's when it really hits me. By the 3rd day, I'm past the majority of the discomfort. Am I weird? (don't answer that!), rather, are my muscles weird?? My muscles hurt the same way. It is not the day after but the…
  • It is okay that you did not eat all of your exercise calories. You just don't want to go below your calorie intake before exercise. I never eat all of my exercise calories unless I am extremely hungry that day. I have been losing weight at a nice slow steady pace, so it is working for me.
  • Hi, I don't eat all of my exercise calories on most days, but sometimes I do. I listen to my body. If I am hungry I eat. I eat every 2-3 hours. I just monitor my portions and what I am eating. I figure that if I am hungry than my body burned off the calories. I also drink alot of water so I am not dehydrated and that helps…

  • I don't log my Nicorette - which I chain chew! It probably adds another 100 calories a day, but you know what? I don't wanna All right - I'll start. how long have you been chewing nicorette? Is it working for you or are you now addicted to the gum? Just curious as I have a friend who needs to quit and has set a date at the…
  • I was guessing on my coffee creamer and sugar, but the other day I measured it and realized I was using 2-3 times what I was logging in. So now I am logging everything!!! If I would have measured and logged in the creamer/sugar accurately I may have been over on my calories. I think it is important to log everything to…
  • Hi, I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but I have lost 41 lbs total. It took me 21 months to lose this much weight., so it does come off slowly. I think it is good to weigh or measure food. It is amazing how much calories are consumed by just guessing. I was guessing on just how much creamer and sugar I was adding to my…
  • What keeps me motivated is results. I mean all results either losing pounds or inches, or just knowing what I am eating and controlling it. This site opened my eyes to what I was eating. So now I can at least maintain my weight once I get where I want to be by not overeating or poor planning when it comes to eating. Just…
  • In my opinion if you are exercising that much I think your body needs more calories. I consume 1200 calories a day and only exercise between 40- 60 min 4 to 5 times per week. I only weigh 110 lbs so I don't need as many calories nor do I burn as many either. On days that I don't exercise I only eat 1200 on days that I…
  • You look amazing!
  • My husband is also thin and can eat anything he wants, it is frustrating because I can't. I am lucky that he usually devours what ever desert is in the house, so not much left for me to eat. I still have some tho. I just eat less than a serving size so that I am not loading up on to many calories. Also if I really want to…
  • Hi. I too am in the same place as you. Being a stay at home mom is stressful especially if we don't get out much to have a few laughs with friends. Exercise can be a great way of relieving stress. I exercise when my daughter is napping and feel so much happier and less stressed. I calorie count, but I try not to mention…
  • Hello. I am Maria and I have been on her since the summer but not made any support connections yet. I am 2 lbs from my goal weight of 110. I started at 150 a year and a half ago, with just exercise alone. When I started using this site and keeping track of my food intake is when I really started to see results. Good luck…
  • Same situation for me. After my first child I worked out really extensively for 2 months. I got down 2 pants sizes and down to 115, but frustrated that I was not back to normal I gave up. Over the next 5 years I bumped that weight up to 125 and stayed that way until I became pregnant with my second child. After having my…
