House music, Daft punk I do like the Foo Fighters as well when I have a run. Just depends on the workout.

I have a cheat day, I plan to have them when I am going out with friends or family. Other times I may have a cheat meal, is when my calories are too low for the day so, I will have something to boost the calories up. I hope my haphazard way shed a lil light.

Just for today I will go to the gym meal prep for tomorrow drink a lot of water.

Just for today. I will drink my 8 cups of water, and log my dinner. Try to breathe through my kids annoying me and not yell. Make a new friend on MFP I know that being part of a community works. Finish my blog entry for my friend.

I too am starting taking the meal planning thing seriously. I just discovered how to use pinterest and found lunch for work for the week. I am going to plan for next weeks lunches and dinners. Take a picture of the dress and then work towards it. I too love the way my body looks rather that the number on the scale.
