Great attitude. I just started AGAIN as well. I think I finally have my mind in the right state. I would love to have some friends for the journey if anyone wants to share recipes, exercies and motivation?!? Please add me :) I NEED IT! :)

Don't give up! If you need some motivation add some friends from MFP! I wanted to give up as well.. this is so tough! I'm hoping I can make some great motivatiional friends on here! :)

Hi Kate! I also just started over.. I am looking for motivating people as well. It is much easier to use this if you look forward to logging! :) I actually wanted to post my own message but I can not seem to figure out how to do it! This is my first time using MFP on the computer. I usually use my phone!
