go buy a pedometer,my wife and I walk 10,000 steps everyday at a minumum.Been doing this since 2009 and I am up to 14 million steps, 10,000 miles,35,000 minutes of walking, 900,000 cals burned, 50,000 grams of fan,but hey who is counting,lol.I am currently walking 10 miles a day,20,000 steps min,70 miles a week,,,

awesome and congrats!!! I hit my target a week and a half ago,added a bit and lost another 1 1/2lbs,going to stay the course and let the chips fall where they may.

the only way they could gain it back was to fall into the same eating patterns they had before the diet.Dr B also offers a 2week/3month/1 year maintainance,if they had sighned up for that, that would never have happened.If you are not prepared to make changes long term,then no diet will benefit you,ever,,,WOL,,,way of life

In Canada we have Dr. Bernsteins,I lost 40lbs in just over 8 weeks,medically approved up here,it works,period.But you have to stay on the diet,if you waver it will stall the loss.I would recommend to anyone serious about cutting fat!!

are the people asking fit?? If not then maybe they envy your determination.I was told by a person they never thought I needed to loose weight,they then asked me how much I lost,I said over 50 pounds,,they say wow never would have thought that,where was it hiding,lol.

not enough water,imop just looked at your diet,to much sugar and fat,imop,I quit milk,skim in fact,to many cal,trade it for cauliflower,imop.
