1/4 cup egg whites 1/4 cup egg creations,mix together add 1 or 2 tbsps of phsyllium,make into an omlette,2 pcs rivita and 1/2 cup salsa,,,enjoy :)

1 cup steel cut oats and 3 tbs of physillium to 5 cups water,cook and divide into 6 containers,before eating I add 1/2 cup scotch oats and 1/2 scoop protein powder,mix in with boiling water and top with 1/2 cup frozen blueberries,,,,,

stay away from the crap,spend up to 10 dollars on a good dark chocalate bar and eat one or 2 squares a day,,,,,,quality not quantity,,,stay away from the fast food chocalate bars,,
