Adding dark chocolate to your diet

I don’t watch TV. I haven’t in many years. Since I began this journey to a healthier me, I have been at the gym 3 days a week on the treadmill or bike for an hour a day and its mind numbing so I got a headset and can tune into the 3 TV stations they play. Since I would not waste brain cells on Judge Judy or Dr. Phil, I am left with a guy called Dr. Oz. He has been pushing dark chocolate. I love dark chocolate. Has anybody else included an Oz of dark chocolate in their daily diet?

I eat 20g of Trader Joe's dark chocolate covered edamame every day. Not because of Dr. Oz, but because it is delicious!

If dr. oz said it, that just makes me want to take it out of my diet. Can't stand that show. Haha, but yes I do have dark chocolate in my diet.

I'm not convinced that dark chocolate is making me healthier but I can make room for it occasionally in my daily diet.

PS. I wouldn't know Dr. Oz if I tripped over him.

I love dark chocolate in my diet. I get around the 70% kind. It's always a great treat to have after dinner, and it makes me avoid the cravings for other junk.
