  • Honestly, I get almost all of mine from milk/dairy and chicken at dinner time. If I have a day I can tell I won't hit my goal, I scramble a couple of eggs. Yum!

  • I'm a HUGE advocate of martial arts classes. Not only are you getting a great workout, but you'll learn how to defend yourself. Even if you're the sort who carries a gun, it's never a bad idea to learn how to break out of a grip or throw a punch without breaking your hand. :)

  • Oh, I do eat my exercise calories. I suppose I should have been clearer - on days I don't "officially" exercise, I tend to eat 1200 calorioes - meaning I don't wind up logging all the little playing I do with my daughter, or running errands or whatever.
