I have a scale at home I got for the sole purpose of weighing in daily after I had my daughter, but I found it's finicky - the weight can change up to 5lbs if you step on it wrong. So! Haha, oh my. I've always had huge arm muscles - NOT so nice, being female and all - but I also learned early to do push-ups. I do push-ups, and bicep curls, and plenty of punching a heavy bag. Good gosh, I can use all the support I can get too! >_< I've never had to work to drop weight before, but they weren't kidding when they warned me having a kid changes your body. I'll support you if you support me? :)

:) Try a martial art! It'll get you moving AND teach you ways to defend yourself. I found it to be very liberating, and I've stuck with it now for about seven years. It's a lot of fun, too. ;)
