I used to get sinus infections from my allergy problems all the time. I found taking any medication for drainage helped dry up the mucus that had gotten into my ear. Be careful though - if the dizziness persists and you don't get any relief from meds, I would go to the doctor. I've gotten a few ear infections after waiting…

Welcome to MFP! Add me as well if you like!

Not sure if this was already said, but I got into cross-stitching and rarely snack in the evening anymore - even if my husband is munching on chips or something else equally tasty. I don't want to get my project messy so I don't eat while I'm sewing. Plus I'm trying to get it done by December for a Christmas gift (extra…

That's great you are back in the game! I'm looking for some motivation as well. It's so easy to just neglect my daily meal tracking sometimes! Add me if you like :)

Missour-ah instead of Missour-ee when pronouncing Missouri. Sounds so annoying to me! I'm from Central Missour-ee and most of the people I've met that say it that way are from the southern part of the state, so perhaps it might just be based on preference and the region you are from. However, TV news reports say Missour-ee…

Nice way of putting it Isabel. Feel free to add me :) That goes for anyone else that posts here as well. I'm always looking for motivation and to return the favor!

Check out Skinny Girl cocktails. I get mine from Wal-Mart. I really like the White Cranberry Cosmo and the Sangria. They also have margaritas, wines, and flavored vodkas. http://skinnygirlcocktails.com/ Edit: If I go out I prefer Vodka Tonics and ask them to put a shot of cherry or lime syrup in it to give it some…

Totally agree with sbilyeu75. Champion sports bras with full support are really good. I get mine at Target. The cups seem to offer a lot more support than just the standard ones. I've heard of those zombie runs. They sound like so much fun! Feel free to add me if you like. It would be nice to hear how your zombie marathon…

I have cellulite in my upper thighs and butt and it has started to fade with the squats, yoga, and TurboFire I do now. Gaining muscle has really helped tone me up. Maybe try to build more muscle?

I enjoy support from my MFP friends. But not everyone is willing to offer support with humor :D Feel free to add me :)

I LOVE the Hunger Games series :) I'm counting down the days until the Catching Fire movie comes out lol. I fell off the nutrition and exercise wagon last year and gained back all the weight I lost with WW (about 30 pounds). I got back in the game, fell in love with a workout and have lost about half of the weight again…

Have you done any other high intensity workouts before? If so, I really think you could start in on Insanity. I took around a month and a half long break and jumped right into P90X. I think it just depends on how long it's been since you stopped and how in shape you were before you took a break. Whatever you decide, good…

I did WW with my mom for around 2 years. I lost about 40 pounds and felt like it was really working. Then they switched it to the Points Plus. I don't have anything against WW, as I did lose weight following their points system, but I feel like it encouraged me to make some pretty poor food choices as long as they were…

I have eaten "clean" for the past 4 months (started a brand new workout/clean eating regiment) and my husband was begging me for some Mickey Ds. I really don't like to eat out since I'm trying to lose weight, but once I walked through the doors the french fry smell was just deliciously intoxicating lol. Figured I would get…

I think my long workday and finding time to workout has been my biggest challenge so far in my quest to lose weight and get fit. I work 10 hour days 5 days a week. I wake up around 5:30, get to work around 7 and come home around 5:30. After dinner (which is usually around 6ish or later depending on what I fix for dinner) I…
