  • Week 2, Day 1 coming up. Not as bad as I thought it would be. I've been walking an hour a day since Feb so I think that helped a bit. The first two days I did this in a gym and I know I looked nuts fist pumping and dancing :) Third day, week one was outside and was better than expected.

  • Everyone here is so helpful and lovely :) I am also sedentary. I ran out of calories all the time and was hungry most days or craved things. Restricting my calories failed me unfortunately. For my final attempt, I adjusted my calories to 1590 because I need to eat and I am ok with losing a pound a week or less. Good health…
  • I am 5'5 current weight is 153. My goal weight is 135. My lowest as an adult was 115.
  • While running/walking on the treadmill, I saw two guys wearing swim trunks on the treadmills adjacent to me giving it a go....swim trunks, undershirts (sleeveless), socks and sneakers. I just kept thinking about Simon Pegg in "Run Fat Boy Run" and I could not stop laughing :laugh:
