Thanx hun! :-) So adding today in so far 270 mins/4.5hrs & 2264 cals /3500 was yesterdays total today 105mins 805 cals so as of today: 490 mins/8.1 hours. & 3936 cals/3500 i think ill aim for 5000 cals :-) so 3936/5000 so 1064 left!! :-)
