I do arythmetics in my head (10% done, five more segments like this). It usually takes the pain off my mind. Otherwise, I tell myself "don't complain, be grateful" and I think about people I love who cannot run.

They are a nice way to mix things up since they are very different from Jillian's. however, I enjoy his workouts less because I find them less structured and less fun. I do sweat a lot and feel proud of myself afterwards, though.

Same here! I was Completely sedentary when I discovered 30 day shred over two years ago. Now, I am "addicted" to my workouts, I still do JM's DVDs and I am also a runner. I feel so full of energy now... I will never go back to where I was before.

People can be so mean! I am pretty sure these girls were just jealous because they can't run as fast or as long as you can. Besides, you look great! :smile: keep up the good work!

I log it as circuit training, but I only log the minutes I am actually working hard, so I omit the minutes spent warming up and colling down. I hope it helps!
