I love all of the people that day dream and pretend too! I always imagine that I am finishing a huge race and people are cheering for me. Or I pretend I am in the music video of what I am listening to and I look super hot because I have a runners body. lol

You are eating so little that this isn't sustainable. I don't believe in starvation mode, but I do believe that living off of less than 1000 calories a day will cause you to quit and binge. Bump up your calories so you don't feel deprived. Have patience and the pounds will come off. Add me if you'd like.

I saw your diary and you did great. Holidays are tough but you didn't bust your calories that bad. It's still better than it would have been before. One holiday does not a habit make. Great job!

I went on a first date once and the guy in the first ten minutes of meeting each other told me he could see me having his baby and being his wife.... I was 20 years old. I wish I could run that fast all the time LOL.

I have this problem on the weekends. I eat a lot and for some reason my tummy is growling not too long later. I drink coffee and water, or get my work out in and that suppresses it.

I am not very good at intuitive eating. I find myself lying to myself on how much I ate. Planning my meals is the most effective for me.

The processed food she was eating was Kraft Mac and Cheese and Totinos pizza rolls. That is not better for you to eat than poultry, vegetables, fruits and low fat dairy such as greek yogurt.

I have to concur. You were way under your calories on many days and you were eating a lot of packaged processed food that your body can't digest and turn into energy as easily. Try to stick with foods with one ingredient that would be on the outside wall of the grocery store. Good luck!

I agree you didn't blow it. You slipped up. Learn from it and use this slip up as a tool to keep you from doing it again by remembering how crappy you felt about it the next day. You're fine. Just keep on chugging, you're doing great!
