I started my 2nd wave of losing weight about month and half ago. Started off with 255 lbs and now I am at 233. Small meals and no big meals after 6 pm is the way I did it. True... I don't go to gym but still I use notepad at home when doing lifts. It helps me to keep tab on weights I lift each set.

One of my wife's co-worker takes it and she lost lot of pounds. I have eaten the natural fruit and also dried version in my cooking. Not bad... but I never tried the pill kind.
