  • The easies way for me would be to Exercise. The more exercise you do the more calories you burn. It isn't always easy to get started, but it is easy. I know this to be true, because last week I wasn't exercising at all. Now I find myself loooking forward to going on a walk. It doesn't have to be big.
  • Sometimes the last 15 pounds can be the hardest. If you would like my support, that would be great. We can't have too many friends.
  • I have had my lap band for about a year and a half. I lost 80 pounds quickly, lost my goal and stopped working on weight loss. I gained 25 pounds back and now I am back on track. I've lost 5 pounds since Saturday. I am looking for friends who will also hold me accountable. We can do this
  • I enjoy premier chocolate shakes. They taste really good and have 30grams of protein

  • I would like to join your group. I need a motivation to get started again. I journaled yesterday; ate correctly and drank my fluids and saw results. NOW, I just need to keep going. I am excited to lose 20 pounds. I know we can do it!!!! Linda

  • I worked out 30 minutes at the gym. I am going to really like the challenges. I need the extra push to get going right now.
  • I had a lap band and I'm so excited that their are others in this group that I can relate to. I just started fitness pal yesterday and have so much to learn. I don't know how to get in the 1200 calories in each day with the lap band. I am excited to be back on this journey.
