Nope, they are rude. I never have but my family has. I wanted to punch a girl out in class one time for calling my best friend a fat C*** to HER FACE.

It's probably the period. I have extremely heavy and long ones (7-10 days) and i feel shaky and week all the time. I suggest a non diet soda, and rest. Best of luck.
