When I was walking 4 miles 5 days a week on the treadmill, and watching how much I ate, I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. The first 10 pounds were in the first 2 weeks. :)

Hey bluejones, what kind of heart rate monitor do you have? I need one, I figure it'll be kind of expensive. I think I'll be more motivated if I know how much work I'm really doing and getting out of it though. I will post my fit test Monday.. I'm very out of shape though, so we'll see... Lol. 60 days... We can do this :)

I am also going to start Insanity on Monday, June 11 :). I did the fit test last night, just to see what it was like... It is nooo joke lol. I'm excited to do this though! No matter how hard it is I'm going the whole 60 days!
