I use DietBet as well. I lost 30 lbs last year and found it really motivating. Unfortunately I didn't stick with it so I gained some back. I'm now in quite a few games and have organized one as well for those who have a bit more weight to lose or health consequences that they are facing if they don't.

I'm travelling next week as well. I'm on my own for breakfast and supper but work is supplying lunch, which will be sandwiches and veggies. I'm a vegetarian and I limit my dairy. I shouldn't eat it at all since I have a sensitivity, but it's a work in progress for me. I avoid eggs in their true form, but I don't always rule out a product if egg is in the ingredients list. Anyway, all of that to say I'm not vegan so my diary might not give you tons of ideas but…

I can definitely relate. I struggle with bingeing. For me, it helps to come on here and log my food. I also tell myself that I can eat whatever I want, except dairy. So if I want chocolate, I can have it, but it has to be the dairy-free stuff (I have a sensitivity to dairy). By telling myself I can have anything I want,…

There are emotional reasons for bingeing too. It's not always just about calories.
