I am ranging 10 - 50 calories below my limit. 30- 40 mins of cardio (spinning & Rowing ), 20 - 30 mins of weights/palates. drinking water the whole way through. very frustrated.

Not sure I am going to make it. Daily finishing below may calorie limit Working out at the gym 3 days a week walking 30 mins every night after supper but put on 2 lbs in the last 10 days. WHY!!

I love chocolate. I need chocolate (at certain times). I always have Brookside Dark chocolate Acai Blueberry or Pomegranates handy. 90 Cals per pack.

Try the Grilled Chicken Salad Fresh greens topped with marinated grilled chicken, Colby cheese, red onion, wedged tomato, whole boiled egg and sourdough croutons. I really don't know how much it made a difference but when I thought the same about " wiggle room" I always seemed to plateau. I do best when I eat my calories and add 5 - 10 more minutes to my exercise. But most importantly I drink 4 - 5 (500ml) bottles of water.

I'm 5' 7" - apparently my ideal weight is between 125 and 150. I was 127 - 22years ago. After 5 kids and 2 illnesses I am aiming for 140. I will reassess at 150 my goal by Superbowl weekend.

it sounds weird but it is working for me. If I keep to between 1200 and 1350 a day I am losing 1 - 1.5 lbs a week. I have aprox the same starting and goal weights as yourself. Try it for a couple of weeks and see your results. Also I feel great . Not hungry and not craving.
