it's recommended that you eat at least half of your exercise cals and pref eat protein within an hour of exercising to stop your body burning muscle rather than fat (according to my personal trainer). Are you drinking enough water too? And remember muscle weighs more than fat! good luck x

isn't FB a wonderful thing, I was part of an online slimming club which I paid to use and to be honest it was the best thing that I ever did as yes, I lost weight, but I also put it all back on (hence being here) but, thru the other site I have made some Life long pals and it's easier to maintain flourishing friendships…

i personally dislike pumpkin, i made apumpkin pie over halloween, and can't say i was overly impressed. I've also got a cook book with a cupcake made with sweet pots too!

can you get hold of any oat bran, that's very good for getting movement going and strong black coffee works wonders for me!
