This changes pretty regularly as I often will repeat my "pump me up jams" until I'm tired of them, but currently they are as follows: Ready for the Weekend - Iconapop Na Na - Akon Workout Plan - Kanye West (This one has previously been on my list about a year ago and just re-entered this week)

Something high in fiber and protein. Berries and yogurt, Oatmeal with fruit, Bran. Eggs with some fruit. Stay away from enriched flour and processed sugar if you want to stay full.

Obviously the advice on here is to strength train and I would agree. If you don't think that is going to give you the look you want (even though it will) or give you bicep definition and a six pack by strength training your upper body a couple of times a week (which it won't) Then keep doing what you're doing...

hmmm quirks..........I pronounce the "s" sound to the right side of my mouth instead of to the center because I have a very very slight over-bite. Also I have excellent victory dances.

I wipe down my cardio machines after I use them, but I try to keep my heart rate up when doing lifting circuits and thus don't wipe anything else down really. Honestly the gym is an incubus of germs no matter if people wipe their machines or not, just keep your hands away from your eyes and mouth and you're good to go.

I'm 5' 5.5'', 23, at 183.6lbs and I'm a size 8 - 10 my 10's are all loose, but not all size 8's will fit. My body fat % 3 months ago was at 27.6% and it's most likely lower now.
