I'm on week 2, week 1 went well. I was not happy with how my 2nd S day went, but I'm not going to stress about it. My weight is down a bit, so that's good. I'm at a convention this week which poses enormous challenges, but I am determined. Day 1 (travel day) went well. 3 plates. No snacks, no sweets, no seconds. Score!
