This week's total = 1,319 calories burned so far... at least it's something.. next week I'll be gone on a missions trip, so I'm going to weigh in tomorrow morning and add it to the excel sheet. On the trip, I plan on doing cardio every morning.

Treadmill - 60 minutes and 391 calories, plus 85 sit-ups, leg press, and some arms.. feeling good! 118 days til a six-pack.. it's down to the wire now and I have yet to be truly dedicated...

HI! My name is Melissa and I would like to lose 4% as well. By the end of October I'm going to have six-pack abs so this challenge will be a great motivation to keep up with my goal. I weigh 136 lbs, so my goal is to lose 5.4 pounds by the end of July!
