  • Finally got in what felt like a good workout!! Left feeling drained, rubbery and craving water!! Whoo! Whoo! Can't wait to get back tomorrow! Lots of cardio as well...the roll around my middle needs it.
  • Day1-ran 1/2 mile, 1/2 mile (15 min) on elliptical Day5-1mile treadmill, 1/2 mile elliptiacal, 1/2 mile per pedometer around office 3 miles down, 97 to go!! Just wanted to clarify status so far.
  • 1339 steps today just around the office. 1 mile on treadmill, 1/2 mile on elliptical. Glad your figuring this out!!!
  • Count me in!! Ran 1/2 mile this am, then stair step for 15 minutes...this oughta be fun!! Contest with coworker to lose a size by Jan1...right up my alley.
  • Broke my 'New Rules' book back out. Did the Workout A Week 1 this evening. Did intervals in the am for 30 min. Have core workout left to do before bed. Feeling good, glad I am getting on here in the evening, helps me do what I need to do.
  • Well, did well with my food and exercise today. Had the spinach shake for breakfast and followed Drew's diet for the day; well, didn't drink all the water, will. Made myself exercise bc didn't want to get on here and say I hadn't, did the Workout A Week 1 from new rules. Will do Drew's core exercises when I get off of here.
  • Went to Drew's web site...wow!!! I don't think I could do the fit to fat stage...what if you get stuck like that?!? Wait, I am stuck like that!!! I love that site! Will begin his diet tomorrow am as well as the exercises. Stretching twice a day with core exercises at lunch. I am so impressed with him.
