This happens to me. I think "oh you have been doing great" One binge wont hurt. You ran 4 miles today, you have the calories. It sucks. Lately I cannot go more than 1 week without binging.

It is like I am just consumed with the need to eat. Not like I am hungry. Just I have to eat. I feel like I am not in control and just continue to stuff my face until the point where my stomach hurts. Then I feel guilty after.

I ended up returning mine after 3 months. It just didn't seem accurate and was way overestimating. I ended up just getting a new heart rate monitor from Polar. A FT60. I love it!

I disagree that this is "bad parenting" We certainly do not eat fast good as much as we used to. But every couple of months we still do. Moderation.

I love my Polar Ft4. I got it from amazon.com. Very easy to set up and to use. I just upgraded to the Polar FT60 for the GPS. Polar is a great company with awesome customer support. They fixed my ft4 really quickly when the battery compartment wouldn't come undone. I highly recommend it!

Some people are super negative! Geez! I do not have time to make my own granola bars. For now I eat Kashi Bars. I like them. I would say the less of two evils. That stinks you cannot get them in the UK. That does seem wicked expensive!

In the spring, summer, and early fall I usually run early in the morning. That is when my husband is home and I can get it done before work. I work at 7:30 AM. I am doing Insanity. Starting month 2 today. I love running. I will do Insanity in the morning and then go for a run in the evening three days a week. I don't push myself on my run. I just go nice and easy and usually about 3 miles. I do it because I love running and mentally it makes me feel better. It can be done.
