What is the calories?

I love my FT4. I have had it for two years. I mostly run and recently am doing Insanity. The battery died last year and Polar Replaced it for free. I've never used it swimming. The FT40 also has more computer options for training. I would say go with the FT4 if you don't need the extra computer options.

This is one of my favorites too. I had a hard time with it this time because I was so sore. I cannot wait for week two!

I started 2-27. I just finished day 6!

I love running now! I used to hate it. I got started with the couch to 5k. I highly recommend it! To quote Nike, just do it. Once you start you won't want to stop. Im now doing the couch to 10k.

I like to go alone. It bugs my hubby. He likes to go with someone. I get there, put my headphones in, and do my thing. I don't want to talk or be talked to.

I knew I have been chewing wrong!

Let me know what you find. My FT4 is doing the same thing! I sent it in to have the battery changed. Didn't help.

I do get whistles sometimes. It does make me feel good but my Siberian Huskey is a bit of a deterrent. He is huge (tall) . I like it when strangers give me a thumbs up or a friendly wave. Sometimes that is the push I need. I try to do the same when I drive by someone running.

I was at the water park with my daughter. My bathing suit top was not tight enough and my youngest grabbed me trying to get out of the water. There were some people that got an eye full.
