  • It is a very intense workout program. I use something similar. I have Insanity. Love it! They cost around 150 ish. If you are serious about exercising it is good. I won't lie, it is the hardest thing I have ever done. You workout 6 days a week. I just finished week 1. I start week 2 today!

  • Turkey salsa burger! 4oz turkey combine with 2tablespoon salsa and cook. Then your choice of bread. I use.select wheat sandwhich thins. they are 100 calories. Depending on your turkey and salsa you get a burger around 280 calories with a lot of flavor!

  • I love celery and salsa. One serving is only about 30 calories. Laughing cow cheese is one of my favorites at 35 calories a wedge. Fiber one chocolate bars at about 135 calories.   • I never thought of salsa on my celery. I use laughing cow cheese and put salsa in my turkey burgers. Thanks for the idea.
  • If you have been eating very clean and then dumping all that stuff on your stomach could definitly cause your stomch to get upset. I find that popcorn does that to me now. It has a lot of fiber in it and I already eat a lot of fiber. So I have to be careful when I eat popcorn!
  • High intensity aerobic exercise is what I would recommend. If you can afford it I would recommend to get a heart rate monitor. It is a lot more accurate. You can get a good one with a chest strap for around 40.00. I am doing Insanity too. Feel free to add me!
  • I burn more with my jogging stroller. I usually burn 200 30 minutes running. With the jogging stroller I burned 400 in 49 minutes.for me it is an extra 2 to 3 calories per minute. I hope that helps.

  • I would definitely check out Lansinoh. You can get it in the baby section at places like walmart. It is 7.00 a bottle but last forever. I have one tube I used for breastfeeding for both of my girls, who are now 2 and 3 and I just started using it for when I run.

  • When I was 145 in my teens, I was a B. I got pregnant gained 55 pounds, went to a D. I am now down to 165 and a C, however the C fits me funny, but the B is to small. I am hoping to be a large B or small C when I am done. Hope that helps!
  • I still sometimes get caught with calories per serving vs the calories in a package. Like kraft fruit snacks. Only 80 calories per serving but 2.5 servings per bag. That one got me the first time.
