That is what mine looks like. However it is stuck. Both mine and my husbands (model FT4 make and female) are supposed top new able to replace the battery yourself. We turn the back but you cannot lift it up. I have to mail it to Polar to have it repaired.

Date: 3-1 4.25 miles Miles Today: 4.25 Total Miles: 4.25 Miles to go: 85.75 This is going to be harder than I thought! 3 miles on the Elliptical and 5 miles on the bike! Took me 50 minutes. I was aiming for 6 miles per day 4 days a week. I may need to change that a little!

Could I get a quarter of a mile for every mile on the bike? 4 miles would equal 1?or something similar to that? I do the bike at least twice a week at the gym. I would love to join!

Yes I have. I have been with MFP for over a year. If you log a normal day and stick with it. The 5 week prediction is pretty accurate. One thing I did, is after a normal day I took that weight and set a calendar reminder for my weigh in day, 5 weeks later. I was a pound less than it predicted!

This made me smile! I was running about 3 times a week. I hurt my knee and I am now focusing on strengthening my knee and my legs. So I am now friends with the Elliptical!

I have completed week one! I am very proud of myself because I kept up with it. There were some mornings where I couldn't get up early enough to do it, so instead, I did it after my 10 hour shift! I start week 2 on Sunday! I am already feeling better and my stomach is toning back up again! Feel free to friend me!
