You might want to do a trial of a gluten free diet. I am gluten sensitive and I get more migraines if I "fall off the wagon". Love this post. It is ok to indulge occasionally. No food is so evil that you should never eat it unless you have some sort of allergy or intolerance. I just had to have waffles yesterday, so I ate waffles, enjoyed my waffles, and made sure that I had a light and sensible dinner and a good workout.

Your amount of calories is not bad if it is balanced by increased activity. I like to eat, so I run. I would rather exercise more and eat more than not exercise and have to severely cut calories. You will be more likely to stick with weight loss if it is enjoyable and you don't feel like you are punishing yourself.
