Hello! Yes, you can drink too much water but it usually happens when you consume it all at once. If you drink water over the course of a day your body is more than likely going to be able to process it. So, remember to drink the water over time and not consume large amounts at one time....

Can I join in? This is great...I've been challenging myself to not eat too late and this will be great accountability.... I will not eat after 7pm. I think that should be manageable.:bigsmile:

I would go for it. You have a back up plan in place if it gets too overwhelming but just think of the sense of accomplishment if you complete it or complete just half. Whatever you do is better than nothing at all and at least afterwards you'll know were you are and you can push yourself from there. Have fun with it and…
