  • My fitbit yesterday gave me negative points toward my food - so my daily calorie count was 600 versus 1500. Today seems to be fine

  • I clocked 5000 steps last night in my condo. Just walking around, walking in place, whatever I had to do to reach my daily goal. It is 90 and humid here, so no outdoors activity for a few days. I will continue the house walking as long as I have to.
  • Peanut butter sauce for Soba noodles, spaghetti squash, etc. 4 TBS PB2 4 TBS (or a little less depending on how thick you like it) water 2 tsp rice vinegar 2 tsp soy sauce. I also add some red pepper flakes. It's sooo good.

  • My favorite is: 1/3 frozen banana sliced 1/2 cup frozen berries 1/2 scoop strawberry protein powder about 1/2 cup water (adjust to how you like it) Blend it up for a yummy smoothie! As a variation I added a teaspoon of cocoa powder...but didn't like it as much.
  • I don't count exercise points on MFP - I just use the fitbit, so it shouldn't have adjusted that way. I've been having syncing problems lately with MFP/Fitbit, so I think that is the issue. Today isn't syncing so it looks like I've been laying on the couch all day! Hopefully this issue will be fixed soon. I guess too many…
