The best thing is to try to get to the lowest dosage possible. In the last 5 months I've gone from 60mg to 10mg, but the doctor only allows me to drop 5mg…
  • I think the best thing to do is wait it out, and keep active. I believe when you lose a lot of weight your metabolism has to adjust to the new levels. And dont' forget as you lose weight the calories gained by exercising also drop, so you may have to increase the time of your workouts. Take Care Karl
  • I think what happens is if you don't get the right amount of calories and nutrients, your body will adjust and lower your metabolism. So I think you are right, you may have to "eat back" some of your exercise cals.
