what's your calorie goal? maybe you're eating two low or aren't being conservative enough in your entries. its hard to put in the calorie amount for things mfp can't find or stuff you can't just scan in. also, exercising definitely helps....and drink plenty of water! don't give up, you'll find out what works!

some of the fiber one bars are great. i love the chocolate peanut butter bar. and of course fruits in general.

if you just started drinking a lot more water than you normally do then that also contributes to it cause you body is letting go of all the water it was trying to hold on to.

I do the best I can with logging food, but I admit, it's pretty hard. I try to overestimate though so that I'm covered in terms of calories consumed. Been trying to cut out rice too and have whole wheat roti instead. That really helped.

so this may sound odd, but try rolling your feet back and forth over a golf ball with a little pressure. I was never diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, but I did this when my plantar fascia was feeling tight and it helped.

Some people here great stuff u can say to them to get them to stop but if it doesn't work. Try ignoring it and telling urself that your success will be the best revenge.

Count me in! I definitely need the extra motivation!

Yikes they make it sound like a ball in the park when you have the consult! Yeah but I'd try what everyone else is saying. Soup, yogurt, rice cereal, and if Ur calorie input is that low, some pudding shouldn't hurt u at all

95 calories? awesome!

try some spinning classes if you can use a stationary bike. you sure burn a lot in those classes!
