I just feel so much better! I don't feel so lethargic all the time. I'm way more energetic and not at risk for diabetes II anymore

Thanks!! :D:D 1400-1500, and I do mainly cardio with some turbo fire strength training here and there. I love the elliptical, treadmill and HIIT workouts!! :)
