I am totally with you on this one. I was not losing weight until I started watching my sugar intake. However, I workout a lot and the Atkins diet was a little too extreme for me and left me energy-deprived. I do much better on the Paleo Diet. Good luck! :)

I would also opt for spin as I typically push myself a lot harder when I'm in a class as opposed to working out by myself. Happy workout! :)

I second the Pure Protein bars. I think they taste the best out of all of the others that I have tried, and they actually only have 2 grams of sugar. Keep trying new things everyday until you find something you like. Try yoga, biking, walking, Zumba, water aerobics, fitness DVD's... try it all and you will eventually find something that works for you. And at the same time, you will be developing the habit to do something active everyday. Good luck! :)
