It's so hard to control myself around junk food. The only way to stop myself from eating it is to force myself to trash it.

Was really busy this weekend but I managed to squeeze in a workout and burned 400 calories. I'm also travelling next weekend so don't know if I'll make the challenge but will try to find time to squeeze in a workout then too.

Completed the challenge! This weekend I burnt 1614 calories and I did 100 squats. I can feel the soreness coming on, but I'm glad I did them :wink: .

Last weekend I didn't meet the goal but I'm more than determined this week. First thing I did when I got up this morning was a quick workout. I will workout again in the evening. This will not be a lazy weekend:tongue:

Didn't workout yesterday, but today I did and burned 636 calories for the weekend. Didn't make it but still okay :smile:

Saturday - 365 Sunday - 752 Total - 1117 Calories Burned. Challenge Completed! I haven't been exercising much lately, so I really needed to do this challenge to get myself back on track.

I was planning to have a lazy weekend then I remembered there would be another weekend challenge lol. Time to get my butt up and meet that 1000 calories!

So I've burned 837 calories this weekend. I struggled this weekend with food and exercise, but I pushed myself to reached the goal.

Been such a lazy day but forced myself to exercise a bit and burned 264 calories so far. Will push tomorrow to meet the 800.

I'm also a college student, and I have a lot of weight to lose. I know how challenging it can be so I'm here to encourage you if needed. Feel free to add me. One of the things I'm finally able to do is to just avoid buying a ton of crap. If I keep junk food around its really hard to resist the temptations.

I got worried when you said you decided not to take your medication. I'm not a doctor or anything but i don't think its a good idea unless your doctor advises it. You can make it a goal to get to a point where you won't even need them. Good luck !

Just finished my remaining calories; I burned 624 today, and 588 yesterday so I did it! I can't believe I burned more today than yesterday. I was feeling soooo lazy today I had to force myself to workout.
