I would definitely cancel those gym memberships if you are not going. When I don't feel like going to the gym I do a workout at home, usually a YouTube video. I have quite a bit to lose as well, I'll send you a friend invite!

Today went for lunch with a friend to catch up and we walked around a bit and did some shopping. Didn't plan on that but glad I got some walking in even though I was shopping. Also completed all the jumping jacks. I don't like doing jumping jacks but today they weren't as bad as I expected. Might do them more often.

Diabetes runs in my family and I want to avoid getting it too. I will definitely try to add more walking to my day.

Actually 3 days lol. I was really behind. I did some in the morning, and the rest in the evening while I was cooking dinner lol Glad no one was around to see that haha

Completed today's squats, I also did for the previous days that I missed. My legs are on fire haha.

These challenges really are helpful! I probably would have done nothing on Sunday if it wasn't for this challenge and the motivation from everyone taking part. Everyone did really good this weekend! I hope we can all keep this up :smile:

918 calories burnt this weekend. On Saturday I did Zumba at the gym which makes up most of those calories, and today I did some light calisthenics and Leslie Sansone 1 mile walk video on YouTube. I lost a little weight, but definitely not a pound a week. My focus was off, but hopefully I can get back at it and really stick to it.

It's getting a little too hard for me lol. Lately I only workout on Saturdays, and its not enough of a burn to pass the challenge :cry:

Burnt 1017 on Saturday and today I burnt 214. Total burn 1231. Just made it thanks to Zumba on Saturday :drinker:
