I did a squat challenge in May; it was great! My legs are a lot stronger now. Good luck with achieving your goals

The way I stopped eating that stuff is to simply stop buying it. When I'm in the grocery store, I fight the urge to pick up a bag of chips, or whatever I'm craving. When the cravings come on at home, there is usually no junk for me to grab because I didn't buy any, and I'm usually too lazy to go out and get something.…

Very helpful information. Thank you!

Past few weeks I have been very busy with school during the week, and I became such a bum on the weekends because I just want to sleep and be lazy. I did workout this weekend but it wasn't nearly enough to complete the challenge. Will do better next weekend! Total: 240 calories.

Hi all! I have quite a bit of weight to lose, about 85 lbs. I don't know what its like to be at a healthy weight, so I'm trying to get there. I haven't lost as much weight as I would like to (yet), but I have gotten rid of a lot of my bad habits that caused me to struggle with my weight. With this challenge I hope to see…

I agree lol. The first few weeks the 1000 calories was challenging (at least for me), but now I'm so much more active that I can easily meet the goal.
-
Had a little less energy today than yesterday, but I managed to do a good burn of 1061 today. For the weekend my total is 2603 calories burnt. Hoping I can have the same amount of motivation during the week to complete my workout plans.
-
I'm a university student in the Netherlands. Feel free to add me as well, I could use some more supportive friends!

Saturday's burn: 1542. I'm becoming so much more active on the weekends because of these challenges; I feel a habit forming. And i'm starting to feel more energetic and i'm sleeping better. Very happy about that. If only I can commit to an exercise routine during the week, but one step at a time I guess.

Burnt 1011 calories today. So, Saturday 1255 + Sunday 1011 = 2266 total burnt Such a good weekend! Since I missed the last two challenges, I really wanted to push myself for this one, and I think I did. :drinker:

Burnt 1255 on Saturday. Was completely exhausted, but my body is finally waking up again. Hoping to put in a good effort today as well.
-
I'm definitely in! Feeling pretty good this weekend.
