Yes Sarah I was told by my doctor no white flour,rice,sugar,corn and processed foods. I am not diabetic but I have what you call metabolic syndrome which can turn into diabeties if I don't get it under control and lose some weight. He said I can have brown rices and 100percent whole wheat and sweet potatoes here and there.…
