Not a great Christmas or New Year as my grandma passed just before Christmas and I turned to food as I always do! Need to stop feeling sorry for myself and be the best me xx Onwards and downwards xx

Username- liannexx PW-222 CW-221.6 Slowly but surely coming down, had my measurements done and I’m down 22 cm Bust -1cm Hips. -5cm Thigh. -2cm Waist. -14cm. This I wouldn’t have believed if it wasn’t my Pt doing the measuring!!!

Daily post-Saturday 10th November Track-yes-way way way over, Indian takeaway and alcohol Exercise-les mills body pump 55 mins Comments-the Indian and alcohol were planned, I have exercised and had lower calorie days to compensate so hopefully the scales will be kind tomorrow x

Daily post: Thursday November 1st Track-yes Calories-within goal-yes Exercise-yes, 60min training program and 30min treadmill Goals/day- had a good day. Spent quality time with my son, had a good session at the gym, tracked, and first night back at work after 21 off!
