Today will be Level 2 Day 4 for me. I love it so far! It amazes me how fast I have adapted to moves that I couldn't even hope to do on the first day. I still modify as needed (especially since I switched to level 2) but I am still sweating buckets by the time I'm done!! Anyone can feel free to add me!! :)

Feel free to add me! I log in every day, and I have about 50 pounds to lose.

I did day 4 last night. I was REALLY sore the first couple days, but today I am feeling great! I found last night that I was already modifying less and was able to push harder than I was on the first few days. I was still absolutely drenched by the middle of the second set, but didn't have to stop nearly as much to catch…

Sounds yummy! I am going to have to give this one a taste test... :)

Wow!! You look GREAT!! Well done! :)

Sounds great!! I use a similar recipe that is also very easy - granny smith apples, green grapes, pineapple (drained), bananas (optional, and add right before serving or they'll brown) and cool whip. I am definitely going to have to try your version though!! Thanks for sharing!!

I loooooove the brand Wacoal. I wear a 34DDD and have a strapless from them that works *fairly* well. Fair warning, they are not cheap, but are really nice!! I usually buy Wacoal at Von Maur, but I am sure there are probably other stores that carry it too -- Macy's, JCPenney's??

Great info, thanks for sharing! I have been having lots of problems with them recently from walking fast -- today was BRUTAL. :( I have been averaging about 5 miles a day, so I think it is a case of overtraining.

Great way to put it in perspective!

I am new to the site too, and still getting the hang of everything. Feel free to add me! :)
