Bump for later. Thanks!

I have done level 1, day 1 and 2 so far. Trying to stretch it out a little more this time with rest days, so I don't mess up my back again. Day 3 tonight!

I didn't lose much weight the last time around, but I did lose several inches and definitely noticed an improvement in my endurance as I went through it. I don't remember exact numbers off the top of my head, but I want to say it was at least 2 inches from my chest, waist, and hips. I took quite a few measurements (neck,…

I'm in! I did it once before, but had to quit part way through Level 3 because of back problems. I want to give it another go!!

I JUST decided to try going gluten-free (I have had digestive issues on and off for several years, and am trying to determine if it is due to a sensitivity). I am new at this, but would love to add some friends who eat gluten-free as well. Feel free to add me!

I actually just made the decision to try to go gluten free. I have had digestive issues for quite a while now, and am questioning whether they may be due to a gluten sensitivity... Because I have heard from so many other people what a difference they have noticed, I am going to try it for a while to see if it helps. As I…

AWESOME!! Thanks for sharing...

Anyone feel free to add me! I have only been on MFP for a couple months, so I am just starting my journey, but I am on every day! :)

I use a mix of 3's and 5's. I always start with 3's and if I don't start feeling tired by the end of the move, I move up to 5's the next time.

I live in the Twin Cities. I have a gym membership that I definitely don't use much in the summer, but it is nice to have in the winter. I also have a treadmill at home, and have started using a variety of workout DVD's at home too (yoga, pilates, 30 Day Shred, etc). I also have Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus, so I throw those…

Feel free to add me! I have about 50 pounds to lose...

I agree with what everyone else is saying -- the first couple times I did level 2, it was HARD!!! But, I modified anything I felt like I needed to modify and kept pushing through. (I have a hard time with a lot of the jumping during cardio - kills my arches...) But, I am now on level 2 day 9, and can do things that I…

Beaver - fits pretty well!! Might also be sheep (not really) or bison (pretty close)...

Feel free to add me! I have about 50 pounds to lose also...

I agree with this. The first few days of each level, I was REALLY sore, but I just pushed through and actually felt better after working out again. BUT, I also think rest days are important too, so I usually take off 1-2 days a week (not consecutively) to let my body rest and recuperate. Otherwise, you may end up injuring…

Today will be Level 2 Day 8 for me!! I have a love/hate relationship with Jillian... :) I haven't seen much movement on the scale yet (only 2-3 pounds) but I am definitely noticing a difference in my measurements. In the first two weeks, I am down more than 5 inches overall. I also LOVE to see how quickly my endurance…

^^ THIS!!! ^^ Glad to hear it is not just me!! :)

Good for you!!! You are looking fabulous!! :)

Feel free to add me! :)

I now have a HRM. I think that is ultimately the most accurate way. Before I had my HRM, I created a custom cardio for "30 DS" and used this formula that I found in a post from someone else to figure calories (they mentioned that it came from the Jillian Michaels site): 30 day shred calorie burn - 3.267 calories burnt per…
