How do I figure # of calories burned for 30DS??

I don't know how to figure out how many calories I burned doing 30 DS?? Any ideas? (I currently weight 154 lbs)

    I now have a HRM. I think that is ultimately the most accurate way. Before I had my HRM, I created a custom cardio for "30 DS" and used this formula that I found in a post from someone else to figure calories (they mentioned that it came from the Jillian Michaels site):

    30 day shred calorie burn - 3.267 calories burnt per pound every hour. Multiply by weight to get how many calories per hour you would burn and divide by 3 to get each 20 minute work out

    Levels 1 & 2 both burn ~200 calories for me. I'm 118 lbs and do the advanced modifications. So, you'd probably burn a little bit more due to your size.

    I actually find MfP is pretty close to my HRM when it comes to JM DVDs logged as circuit training.
