I learned that I had to research putting together a well balance prepared meal. Impulse eating was all I did. I still get to eat but I've swapped out processed, trans fatty, greasy, sugary, empty calories for vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. I feel so much better throughout the day.

Not to bust your bubble but "diets" almost never work. Yes you can loose a quick 10-20 lbs, maybe more depending on your particulate body type but as soon as stop the diet then you eventually regain your old self again. It's funny how these things happen... I've been on this roller coaster for the better part of 10 years now. I had almost given up until I met who is now my wife about 2 years ago. She's picked me up, dusted me off, and continues to encourage me. Best of wishes on your travels and your goals.

Have you ever thought about a fitness tracker like and wrist band? I like them because I don't have use my phone. I've found that fitness apps are battery hogs. From a strictly number perspective you'll lost about ten percent of your total body weight. I'm 6'5 and my starting weight was 315 so I differently fill your pain.

Hey all great answers! I'm really a morning person and I feel so much better throughout the day if I start it off in the gym. I used to work graveyard shifts and it through my whole schedule off. For the people who like morning workouts do you eat first?
