you have come to a plateau n thats totally normal and expected. the weight will come off but dont push self will just take some time-which is frustrating. done amazingly so far so just relax n it will go.x

if you cheat just do the exercise to balance it out. personally i dont cheat, i just have 1 lindor chocolate if i feel like it otherwise would eat whole box.

erm dont wanna upset u but just been on a health status website and they calculate calories burned during exercise based on your weight and from the calculation i did mfp is bang on.

p.s you are not lazy. you are a wife and mother and sounds like you are doing great job on both sides. never say you are lazy you are on duty 24/7.

you can do it and will do it. dont beat yourself up it will happen. i did weight watchers and nothing happened but this does work. it is easy to put on the weight but soooooo much harder and takes soooooo much longer to lose it. if u want to add me as a friend thats fine. have faith in urself, sounds cheesy but true.
