What are you using to measure body fat percentage(I assume you used this to tell you what your body fat was)? This scales you stand on are not 100% accurate.

I have not had any luck with any digital bathroom scales i have bought. I step on the and weigh one number, get on it again and weight something different. I have to keep weighing until I get the same number twice. Usually only takes 3-6 tries though.

I have a digital scale and I can weigh twice in a row and get two different numbers. I always just keep weighing until I get the same number twice in a row then that's how much I weigh lol.

While the carbs you get from fruit is natural it will eventually turn to sugar just other carbs. good snacks that do not have many carbs are nuts and cheese cubes/string cheese.

You should come withing 200 calories of your calorie goal in my opinion. If you are falling short on calories do eat something good for you.
