  • plain oatmeal with 2% milk and protein powder. Blend then drink!
  • I use the guided goals first to see how many calories I should eat, I then do the custom goals to adjust the percentages. I try to do 40/40/20 which is 40% Protein, 40% carbs and 20% Fat. 35/35/30 may also work. To make this simple, eat closer to you BMR and up your protein intake, do weight training.
  • To paraphrase the video Um, Basically if you eat like 600 calories and do crazy amounts of cardio you body will stop losing weight. So most people will drop their calories more and do more cardio. Their metabolism slows to compensate for eating way less than your BMR. The reason for this is that your body NEEDs those…

  • My lunch break is my gym time. I change then head to the gym 5 days a week(up from 3 days recently). So my lunch is spent lifting. When I get back I change then drink my lunch(protein shake) while I work.
  • During the week I am hungry every 2-3 hours and eat my 6 meals a day. But on the weekend I eat the same size meals but only eat maybe 3 times. I do not geel hungry so I figure it's a habit thing. But I do eat out sometimes on the weekends and it's tough to make good decisions with all the good food.

  • http://www/bodyweightculture.com This site has great ideas about how to get a great workout without a gym membership. Just ignore the blatant sales ads and sales pitches for the USA device. • If you are not losing weigh then reduce your calories, or exercise more. Weight loss is when you burn more calories then you consume. Maybe you are not logging everythign you eat, or not logging the correct foods(there are plenty of DB foods on here that do not have the correct amount of calories). At some point of eating…
  • from what I've read a spin class can burn 1,000 calories all by itself depending on how intense YOU make it. You can cut down on your water so that you will be lighter, but then again when you start drinking water again you will gain that "lost weight" back.
  • You can do squat thrusts, then work your way up to burpees. Or do a circuit of body weight exercises such as pushups, squats and crunches. For example do 10 pushups, 10 squats, 15 crunches, then repeat with no rest between.
  • I wish turkey was on the list of $5 footlongs. I normally get Black Forrest Ham Wheat Lettuce Pickles Onions Bell Peppers American Cheese The local subways here do not have Spinach on their list of veggies.
  • sounds like what your doing is figuring up your total calories for the week and then adjusting each day. For example. If you are to each 1,500 calories a day then you eat 10,500 calories a week. If you have 2,500 calories on the 1st day of the week then you can only eat 1,333 calories on each day after that until you reach…
  • If your stomach is not sore from the previous days workout then I don't see anything wrong with working out your stomach muscles again.
  • I made it a habit while at work to have snacks between my meals. So I have breakfast, then at work I have snack, lunch, snack, then at home dinner. I am always hungry when it comes time for a snack. But strangely rnough on the weekends I only eat three times a day and I am not hungry at my normal snack time.

  • Get a Bacardi 151 and Diet Coke. After one or two of those you should be feeling pretty good. Although then you may not care what you drink when you get tipsy.
  • Eggs and plain oatmeal.
